FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need to create an account?
No. Visoria AI creates an anonymous account for you automatically the first time you open the app. Your coins, purchases and history are linked to it. Because it isn’t tied to an email address, use “Restore purchases” if you switch devices.
How do coins work?
Each video generation uses coins. You can get coins through in-app purchases or subscriptions, or by watching optional rewarded ads. Coins have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. Your photos, prompts and videos are used only to create the content you request. We don’t use them to identify anyone and we don’t use them to train AI models. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use photos of other people?
Only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission — and never photos of anyone under 18. See the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Use.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings › Account › Delete Account in the app. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it: coins, generation history, uploaded photos, generated videos and posts shared to Explore. No longer have the app? Email visoria.app@gmail.com and we’ll delete your data within 30 days.
